Digital delivery, without shipping

Novelifo sells digital study materials. No printed book, physical flashcards, disc or other physical item is included. Digital delivery is free; there is no shipping charge or postal transit time.

When access is delivered

Delivery is instant after successful payment: access instructions are sent to the email address entered at checkout. A payment that is pending, declined or under verification does not release access until it is confirmed.

Finding your access email

Keep your order confirmation and check your inbox, spam and promotions folders. The access instructions identify how to open the material. Do not assume that an ebook is a downloadable PDF or that printing is included; the product description and access instructions specify the format.

If access is missing or does not work

Contact us with your order number and checkout email. We will investigate the delivery issue and help restore access or provide the remedy described in our refund policy. Do not send payment card details.

Device and access requirements

You need an email account, an internet connection and a current web browser. Any additional product-specific requirements are stated on its product page. Keep your access link private. No delivery date or physical tracking number applies.
