Shopping with Novelifo

These terms apply to purchases from novelifo.com. Novelifo offers digital exam preparation materials for individual study. Check the exam name, edition, format and requirements before ordering. Exam registration, tuition and a physical copy are not included.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and the total due are shown at checkout before payment. Use a valid email address. Only payment methods actually displayed by checkout are available. Payment must be successfully confirmed before digital access is released.

Delivery and refunds

Digital access is delivered instantly after successful payment, as explained in our digital delivery policy. Our refund policy provides a seven-day digital refund window.

Personal use and intellectual property

Your purchase is for personal study subject to the applicable publisher license. Do not resell, redistribute, share access publicly, bypass access controls or reproduce protected content beyond the license or applicable law. Copyrights and trademarks remain with their owners.

Independent exam preparation

Study materials are educational resources. They are not official exam registration or professional certification. No passing score, admission, employment outcome or exam result is guaranteed. Test names belong to their respective owners; use of a name does not imply endorsement.

Product information and corrections

We aim to describe each product accurately. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you or correct it and provide a suitable remedy. A revised edition is not automatically included with an earlier purchase.
